Check Back Frequently!

I will move people around between queued and available as spots become open (or to replace alts with mains if necessary).  If you're in the queue, don't assume you're not going!

Raid Signups Now Live - How To Register

This will be the new format for raid signups.  It's very easy to use once you register and will be much easier to keep track of everyone.  Here's how to use it:

  1. In the upper right you should see a link for registering with phpRaider, please enter your normal forum username (although it doesn't HAVE to be the same), and any password.  You'll also need to enter an email address (this is in case you lose your password).

  2. Once you're registered, go to the menu bar and hit "Create" then "Character."  This will allow you to enter the pertinent information for your characters (those with several raiding alts, you can enter them all, but you can only sign up with one character per raid).  Don't worry about entering all the resist info, it's not necessary.

  3. Now that you're registered and have an character defined, you can browse the calendar for upcoming raids by hitting "Home."

  4. Once you've selected a raid (click on the icon), you'll be able to see the start time, instance being run, desired class distribution, etc.  To sign up, click the little pencil icon next to "Status" and select the appropriate character and class.

  5. You can sign up for any role, but obviously Burglars should sign up for Burglar spots, and so on.  You can also sign up to be in a standby queue.  Once you sign up, you will not be able to remove yourself, but if you find you will be unable to go, you can click the X in the top right of your name box to make yourself "Unavailable."

  6. Hunter and Champion spots are more or less interchangeable.  If there's already two Hunters signed up, and you're a Hunter, don't be afraid to sign up for a Champion spot, and vice versa.

Hopefully this will be a welcome feature for all, and I know it will streamline the process once we get rolling.  I'll make sure raids are posted about two weeks in advance.
